Tara is a very beautiful and fit 34 year old woman 5' 5" tall woman who is very active and our new "Betty Bicep Girl".... Here is more about Tara in her own words...." My name is Tara and also known as the Fitness Queen. I chose that name because it fits my lifestyle of who and what I have become since I was in High School. I started working out with weights in my basement at 17. I was a bit out of shape back then and we had a workout universal Joe Weider excercise equipment. We had some little free weights also. After working out at home I realized it was hard to keep committedto it because of distractions around me so I joined Bally Matrix here in Buffalo, NY and I had just graduated High School in 1993. I loved doing the circuit training then and still do now. I don't have the time to go to the gym everyday because of my work schedule so I stuck with the circit training where I can hit every muscle group in an hour roughly going 3 or 4 days a week. I consistently work more on my upper body than my legs. I also have learned that one should change their routine every few weeks and also that it's not so much of how much weight you can lift, but how many reps can build more muscle mass rather than trying to lose weight. Ever since high school I have eaten more healthier than any average person. I eat a good low-fat breakfast for starters then eat small portions through the day , including low-fat snacks. For dinner I eat either grilled chicken, fat free ground turkey meat or sea food that I find tasty. I don't eat fast foods, but maybe a few times a year which is only Subway or anywhere that has a low fat and low cal diet. I am constantly on my feet at work so I get alot of excercise that way. But on a positive note, I have been mentally trained myself to eat good, stay fit, keep up my work outs, and just love what I eat and love what I do and that is to be the Fitness Queen.
