Now that Betty is working out with weights at the gym, her biceps are bigger and stronger than before.... She was always strong anyway, But now when we arm wrestlr...Wow !! I can feel her increase of power.... She does 150 #s on the seated pull downs, 3 sets of 10 reps of 20# dumbell curls then does 2 more sets of 10 reps with a 25# dumbell for each arm !! She is really proud of her stonger and bigger biceps and loves to flex them for me and everyone else to see.... She will arm wrestle anybody......and wins most of the time...
